The junction of water and fire are symbolized by the triangles, their corners (with the flower of fire) are linked to the seven chakras as the body is one with the cosmos. The seventh is unseen, because it is between the heart and head of the dancer, behind her.

and what is with the sword, sceptre, balance, chalice and fans?

PS: I think there is an error in your drawing....the top triangle is missing a line on the right

the sword is the spade, symbol of air and governance; the cup is the heart, symbol of water and emotion; the scepter is the club, symbol or fire and ego; the scales is the diamond, symbol of earth and enterprise

the fans represent mystery (hidden knowledge) and movement

yes, i missed a line. i am all to human :) which proves the perfection in imperfection

thanks for pointing that out

you're welcome:)....there are two fans because there are six hands or does it have another meaning?

in dance, especially in the pang-alay (the offering) the fans are like a yin & yang that move separately yet are seen as in unison. hence movement and mystery

the pang-alay is an ancient dance from the southern philippines, among the tausug and badjao people, the woman is in tausug costume
