In a seemingly barren land

Rise testimonies to man’s legacy . . .
The genius of invention
The inspiration of the divine
And the darkest of deeds

From the nomadic tribes
Settled between to great rivers
Rose the Cradle of Civilization

Histories of great empires
And three faiths all under one God
Yet all steeped in the spilling of blood

The time is nigh
For the tribes to lay down their arms
Forsake the black gold

A settle in peace
Among the shades of the Oasis of Peace

The great civilizations
Shed your material yearnings
And seek the wisdoms of life

Sheath your blades
And temper your hearts

Seek freedom
From ideals of illusion
And release your hearts to all

Call the Sun’s Fires
To blaze the nights with new light

Call the Earth’s Heart
To bring bounties that feed the soul

Call the Water’s Torrents
To cleanse the blood and renew

Call the Wind’s Song
And sooth the heart

Roam this fiery land
To share its bounty and peace

And rest in the paradise
