Well that picture was from 20 years ago . . . now I'm just a little more . . . mature? . . . nope the not the right word . . . gruff looking . . . can be . . . I can't really say honorable looking, just because I am a college professor . . . OK I got it . . . my students see me as one of the older teachers with a whole lotta rock n roll in his heart . . . I think that would be the best way to describe what I look like now
And looking at you pictures, you my dear are a fetchingly beautiful young woman
wow you look very young in your pictures . . . then again I can say you are younger than me (by 3 years) so I still am slightly correct to call you a young woman
as for the secret to my skin and health (thank you) . . . no matter how much abuse I had done to my body in my bachelor days, I have always maintained a habit of drinking at least 2 gallons of water a day . . . and when I release these excess fluids, I also imagine my negativity being flushed out along with the pee . . . (I also have the same attitude about doing number 2) which I call the ritual of "Paglalabas ng Sama Ng Loob" . . . literally translated as "Letting Out the Bad Inside"
works well for me . . . and now I don't eat pork . . .
Which picture (with the intriguing look) are you referring to?
Anyway the band is called "Etch Us", which is a play of words with the local slang "Echas" meaning stink. It used to be called "Maxtol" short for "Maximum Tolerance", since we all came from a para-military fraternity.
Another band was called "Usok" (smoke)
We were all young professional just out of college, playing just for fun (before we get to engrossed with our careers and say that "we wished that we could have done this or that").
Around the same time I was managing one of our local rock legends, until I decided to quit or we would end our friendship because of his drug use. He is still a junkie and we're still friends.
